### The Night Rashik Was Born
January 2025. A single video about AI changed everything.
I was a college teacher in Bangladesh — teaching computer science, yet I had never used ChatGPT. My wife would laugh: "You teach computers and you don't know ChatGPT?"
That night, I sat with ChatGPT until dawn. One conversation. One inbox. And I realized — this isn't just technology. This is the moment everything changes.
I went to my college administration with a proposal: let me organize a seminar on "Career Guidelines For Next-Gen In New Era: The Age of Artificial Intelligence." They agreed. I prepared everything — content, presentations, digital ads, the complete plan.
Then they said: "We can't fund it. Cancel it or wait."
I couldn't wait. My war was with time, not money.
I funded the seminar myself. 40 students came — for free. Students from Khulna traveled by train, unannounced, just to surprise me. Four of them enrolled in the college. But my real achievement? All 40 are still connected with me today.
That night — the night the college said no — an organization was born.

The name "Rashik" comes from ancient Sanskrit: *one who understands the depth between the Creator and creation.* Every person and institution in history that carried this name worked toward the same purpose I work toward today.
Our philosophy: **Reconnecting Intelligence With The Soul.**
In an age where AI threatens to replace human value, we believe the answer isn't to compete with machines — it's to reconnect with what makes us irreplaceable: our soul, our consciousness, our purpose.
Since February 2025, I have worked 70-106 hours every week. No weekends. No breaks. Because this isn't a business — it's a calling.
We've organized seminars, guided students, built digital platforms, and created a space where people don't just learn skills — they discover why they exist.
**This is not a review. This is a testimony. The first testimony of Rashik's journey — written by the one who started it.**
